The following are considered contrary to the regulations the exhibition:
1 - display or sale of books and cultural materials not approved by the Ministry of Culture and Information.
2 - Show and sale of books and cultural materials fraudulent and non-indigenous.
3 - display or sale of books and cultural materials without authorization.
4 - display or sale of any cultural material not included in the catalog.
5 - Distribution of books, pamphlets and tapes or cultural materials without the prior written consent from the Department of the exhibition before the opening two weeks earlier.
6 - lack of commitment to the specific pricing.
7 - selling commercial quantities.
8 - Rent wings or not waived, or the exchange sites.
